How much do your cleaning services cost?
In our experience, every situation is unique and the total cost can vary widely depending on the specific requirements. By providing an onsite inspection and detailed estimate each time, we ensure our Customer knows the cost and will receive the fairest, most accurate pricing possible. In almost every situation, we will provide a guarantee that the price of our final invoice will not exceed the estimated total cost.
Occasionally, the cleaning process reveal additional issues that may need to be addressed. If this is the case, we will consult with you to determine the best course of action and will not proceed without your knowledge and pre-approval.
Who is responsible to pay the costs?
This also depends on the exact circumstances of each situation. Financial responsibility may depend on certain considerations, specific laws, insurance coverage and more. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
Do you respond to emergencies?
Yes. We are staffed and equipped to provide 24/7 telephone response and react to emergency situations.
What regions do you serve?
Generally, we serve the Greater Toronto Area and all surrounding regions, as well as smaller communities and locations across south-central Ontario. It is not uncommon for us to work within 2-3 hours of Toronto. For locations outside of our common service area, please contact us. We can usually provide a recommendation to a local, trusted service provider across Ontario & throughout Canada.
What if I don’t want the neighbours to know you’re here?
We built this company providing the utmost discretion and respect. Our service vehicles are unmarked and our Staff do not wear identifiable uniforms. We will do everything possible to support your privacy.
Are you licensed to provide this type of work?
No. No one is. There is currently no licensing or reporting requirements for services providers in the Province of Ontario. If you’re told that a company or technician is “licensed” or “certified” for Biohazard remediation & decontamination, please investigate further. As a responsible service provider, our work is done respecting the various Provincial laws, municipal by-laws, professional standards and community obligations.
What insurance coverage do you maintain?
This is also an important question. TraumaCare Cleaning Services maintains extensive insurance protection, including: general commercial liability; vehicle liability; environmental/pollution liability; employee dishonesty insurance; contractual liability; errors and omissions liability. We also maintain Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) coverage. Proof of insurance coverage is available to our Customers, upon request.
